PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Q2 Results: Net Profit Jumps 84%, Revenue Rises 17%; Shares Slide 10.36%
PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery reports an 83.9% rise in Q2 net profit to ₹2.33 crore as revenue reaches ₹120.54 crore.

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery reported higher standalone earnings for the September quarter of financial year 2026-27 (FY27), with net profit rising 83.9% year-on-year. Growth in diamond-studded jewellery sales supported operating performance, while the company continued expanding its retail footprint. Its shares declined sharply during the trading session on 26 October.

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited recorded higher profits for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. The board approved the financial results on 26 October. Standalone net profit climbed to ₹2.33 crore, up from ₹1.27 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations also advanced, reaching ₹120.54 crore as sales of its core jewellery products strengthened.

Total income reached ₹125.71 crore during the quarter, while profit before tax stood at ₹3.10 crore. The financial results were subjected to a limited review by the company's statutory auditors, who issued an unmodified conclusion.

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery shares traded at ₹567 on 26 October, falling ₹65.50, or 10.36%, from the previous close of ₹632.50, on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The decline came despite higher year-on-year profit and revenue.

Sales of diamond-studded jewellery, including precious stones, increased to ₹120.54 crore from ₹82.42 crore in the corresponding period last year. This segment accounted for the company's operating revenue during the September quarter.

The company recorded no gold sales during the period, compared with ₹2.06 crore a year earlier. It clarified that such transactions arise from excess gold received from customers as part-payment for new jewellery purchases. The business does not engage in gold bullion or commodity trading.

As of 26 October, the company operated 34 shop-in-shop (SIS) outlets with P. N. Gadgil & Sons Limited and five exclusive brand stores, compared with two exclusive stores at the end of March 2026.

The company had allocated proceeds from its initial public offering (IPO) towards opening 15 new stores and associated promotional activities. Of the total IPO proceeds earmarked for specified purposes, ₹28.36 crore remained unutilised as of 30 September 2026. The company stated that these funds were temporarily held in fixed deposits and a monitoring account.
