My UPI registration was successful, but the transaction failed. Why did this happen and what should I do?
There are a few common reasons why a UPI transaction might fail even after successful registration:
- Insufficient Balance: Ensure that your linked bank account has enough funds.
- Incorrect UPI PIN: A wrong PIN entry will result in transaction failure.
- Bank Server Downtime: Sometimes, your bank’s servers might be temporarily down or unresponsive.
- Network Issues: Poor internet connectivity can interrupt the transaction process.
- Daily Transaction Limit Reached: You can transfer up to ₹2,00,000 per day via UPI
What to do:
- Double-check your account balance and UPI PIN.
- Retry the transaction after a few minutes.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- If the issue persists, try using a different bank account linked to your UPI.
- Contact us on XXXX for assistance if the amount is debited but margin is not received.
