Mankind Pharma Q2 FY 27 Results Announced: Net Profit Jumps 38% As Domestic Sales And Exports Grow, Shares Rally
Mankind Pharma Q2 profit jumps 38% to ₹716 crore as revenue rises 17.3% to ₹4,338 crore, driven by domestic sales and export growth.

Mankind Pharma reported higher revenue and profit in Q2 FY27. Domestic sales and exports both grew, while EBITDA improved 27.2% from a year earlier.

Mankind Pharma reported a revenue of ₹4,338 crore in Q2 FY27. This was a 17.3% increase year-on-year, while net profit jumped 37.7% to ₹716 crore. The company also improved its operating margin during the quarter.

Along with the headline numbers, the domestic business and exports showed healthy growth. Its Consumer Healthcare segment, however, continued to face some challenges.

Mankind Pharma's share price closed at ₹2,312 on 26 October 2026, up 4.49% for the day.

Mankind Pharma's earnings grew faster than its revenue. EBITDA, which reflects earnings from its core operations before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, rose 27.2% to ₹1,175 crore. Its EBITDA margin also improved to 27.1%, from 25% a year earlier. Net profit margin rose to 16.5%, compared with 14.1% last year.

Total domestic revenue grew 14.8% to ₹3,657 crore. Exports were another significant area of growth, rising 32.7% to ₹681 crore.

Consumer Healthcare was the slower part of the business. Revenue in this segment edged up just 1.2% to ₹229 crore. The company attributed the muted growth to slower demand in the category and regional weakness in eastern and southern India.

Demand for medicines used to treat long-term conditions has helped Mankind Pharma's domestic business. Its cardiac segment grew 18.7%, while anti-diabetes products grew 15.8%. Gastrointestinal products also performed well, with growth of 19% during the quarter.

Exports are gaining ground, too. International revenue grew 33%, supported by both Mankind Pharma and its specialty business, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV). The company also launched a new product in the US during the quarter, taking its total launched products there to 50.

Mankind Pharma has also ventured into the next-generation CAR-T therapy space through its acquisition of Armed Cell Therapeutics, which will further improve the company’s Research and Development (R&D) capabilities.
