Laurus Labs shares were trading at ₹2,337.10 on 30 October 2026, up 4.15% at 9:55 AM.
The numbers were better than market estimates. Analysts had pegged net profit at ₹354.1 crore and revenue at ₹2,109.5 crore. EBITDA was expected to come in at ₹644.4 crore, against the ₹750 crore reported by the company.

Which Two Companies Is Laurus Labs Acquiring?
One of the key announcements alongside the results was Laurus Labs' decision to acquire stakes in two businesses.
The first deal involves SI & C Resins Private Limited. Laurus Labs will acquire a 52% stake at a pre-money valuation of ₹30 crore, investing ₹32.5 crore. Once completed, SI&C will become a subsidiary. Laurus Labs has also kept the option of investing another ₹30 crore in the company if it needs additional funding.
SI&C makes polymer- and silica-based products used across the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
The second acquisition is in Canada. Laurus Labs will purchase a 60% stake in Galenvs Sciences Inc. at a pre-money valuation of $3.5 million. The proposed investment is $3.75 million, split between a fresh infusion of $2.75 million and a $1 million purchase of shares from the founder.
Galenvs works on custom oligonucleotide synthesis and functional magnetic nanoparticle technologies, which have applications in diagnostics and therapeutics. Its subsidiary, Galenvs Solutions Inc., will also come under Laurus Labs as a step-down subsidiary.
Laurus Labs Announces ₹1 Interim Dividend
The company will pay ₹1 for every equity share held by investors. The board has set 6 November 2026 as the record date, so shareholders on the company's records on that day will be eligible. Laurus Labs expects to start crediting the dividend on or after 19 November 2026.
