Adani Ports Share Price In Focus After $3.3 Billion Evos Bid As Company Targets Expansion Across European Energy Infrastructure
Adani Ports has reportedly submitted a $3.3 billion binding offer for Evos Terminals, targeting eight European liquid-storage facilities.

Adani Ports has reportedly submitted a binding $3.3 billion (approximately €3 billion) offer for European liquid-storage operator Evos Terminals. The proposed deal would give it access to eight terminals across five countries.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) Limited has submitted a binding offer of $3.3 billion for Evos Terminals as it looks to expand its international presence and strengthen its position in liquid storage infrastructure.

The Adani Ports Evos deal is part of a competitive sale process, and a final decision is expected in the coming weeks.

On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the Adani Ports share price was at ₹1,859.10, down 0.69% from the previous close of ₹1,872 at 9:43 am on 30 October 2026. The stock opened at ₹1,871 and touched a high of ₹1,871.60 and a low of ₹1,813.70.

Evos Terminals, a pan-European liquid storage and terminals company, operates eight tank terminals with a combined capacity of 6.4 million cubic metres (cbm) across seven European ports in five countries.

Its storage portfolio covers conventional fuels such as petrol, as well as biodiesel, sustainable aviation fuel, green naphtha, bio-ethanol, e-methanol and bio-marine fuels.

The proposed transaction would add to APSEZ’s existing international network. The company operates 15 ports and terminals in India and four overseas facilities in Israel, Tanzania, Sri Lanka and Australia. It handles more than 140 types of liquid cargo, while its domestic cargo-handling capacity stands at 653 million metric tonnes.

The company’s management has indicated that liquid terminals could become important gateways for the energy transition. It is also evaluating assets across ports and terminals as part of its international expansion strategy.

In FY26, international ports contributed 12% of APSEZ’s revenue and 6% of its consolidated earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA).

APSEZ raised its FY27 capital expenditure guidance to ₹15,000-17,000 crore from ₹12,000-14,000 crore. It spent ₹10,521 crore in the first half of FY27. The company said the higher investment is directed towards accelerated projects in India and does not include additional international capital expenditure.

It also increased its FY27 revenue guidance to ₹44,000-46,000 crore and EBITA guidance to ₹26,000-27,000 crore. Both ranges were raised by ₹1,000 crore. The company noted that subdued trade conditions, including 3% growth in Indian trade, had affected overall cargo volumes.
