Happiest Minds Technologies opened FY27 with a strong quarter, reporting consolidated net profit of ₹67.6 crore for the April to June period, up 18.3% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹57.13 crore and 10.5% sequentially from ₹61 crore.
Revenue from operations grew 14.3% year-on-year to ₹628.51 crore from ₹549.9 crore and rose 4% sequentially.
At 10:30 AM on Tuesday, Happiest Minds Technologies shares were up by more than 0.90%, trading at ₹391.2. Shares closed 1.11% lower at ₹383.40 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) today.

Pipeline Growing
Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Joseph Anantharaju said the company's AI-first strategy is gaining traction across AI and analytics, digital engineering, platforms and industry-focused solutions. The pipeline grew 20% over the previous quarter, and he said the quality and breadth of opportunities give him confidence in delivering sustained growth.

He described the company's ‘AI First. Agile Always.’ strategy as enabling higher-value problem-solving rather than replacing human expertise and said organisations that embrace AI responsibly will emerge stronger and more competitive.
Managing Director Venkatraman Narayanan said the company started FY27 on a strong note with healthy revenue growth and expanding margins. He highlighted that year-on-year growth across all key financial metrics remained in double digits, pointing to the underlying strength of the business.
