Speaking on the results, Chairman and Managing Director Cmde PR Hari described FY26 as a landmark year for GRSE. According to him, the strong physical output on the shop floor has finally shown up in the numbers. The company built and handed over eight warships during the year, which works out to roughly one ship every six weeks. That, Hari said, is a credible benchmark by any yardstick. Going forward, he flagged three priorities: building deeper capabilities in-house, bringing in newer technologies, and diversifying the business in a measured way.
