Sonaselection India IPO Price Band Fixed At ₹94–99; Issue Opens 17 September

Sonaselection India will open its ₹141.6 crore IPO on 17 September at ₹94–99 per share, with proceeds earmarked for debt repayment, machinery purchases and corporate purposes.
Sonaselection India Ltd will open its maiden initial public offering (IPO) on 17 September, with the bidding window closing on 21 September. The anchor investor portion will open on 16 September. The company has fixed the price band at ₹94–99 per share.
The Sonaselection India IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 1.43 crore equity shares, with no offer-for-sale component. At the upper end of the band, the issue is worth around ₹141.6 crore. The minimum bid is 150 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,850 at ₹99 per share.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Choice Capital Advisors is the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies is the registrar to the issue.
How Will Sonaselection Use The IPO Proceeds?
The company plans to use the IPO proceeds to repay or prepay certain bank borrowings, either fully or partly. Funds will also go towards purchasing plant and machinery for its existing manufacturing facility in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, besides being used for general corporate purposes.
The proceeds from Sonaselection India IPO will support debt payment and machinery purchases at the manufacturing facility.
What Does Sonaselection India Do?
Founded in 2022, Sonaselection India is an integrated fabric manufacturing and processing company based in Bhilwara. It manufactures 100% cotton fabric, cotton lycra, cotton and polyester blends, while also processing cotton, polyester-viscose and polyester fabrics.
Its manufacturing facility spans about 49,540 square metres and has an installed processing capacity of 82.44 million metres annually. In FY26, the company entered the readymade garments segment through its wholly owned subsidiary, Sionnah Enterprises Private Ltd.
