Silverstorm Parks and Resorts will launch its ₹82.43 crore SME IPO on 24 July to fund expansion and debt repayment after reporting strong FY26 revenue, profit and EBITDA growth.
Kerala-based Silverstorm Parks and Resorts will open its ₹82.43 crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on 24 July, making it the fourth small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) public issue scheduled to hit the primary market next week after Gulf Lloyds India, Metalic Technoforge and Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles.
The IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue of 61.98 lakh equity shares. There is no offer-for-sale component. The issue will close on 28 July, while the anchor investor portion will open for a day on 23 July.
Silverstorm Parks And Resorts IPO Share Allocation
The company has fixed the price band at ₹123-133 per share, valuing it at around ₹301.6 crore. The share allocation of Silverstorm Parks and Resorts IPO has been divided as follows:
Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) | 50% |
Retail investors | 35% |
Non-institutional investors (NIIs) | 15% |
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange SME platform on 31 July.
IPO Proceeds To Fund Growth Plans
According to the red herring prospectus (RHP) filed on 18 July, Silverstorm Parks and Resorts plans to use the IPO proceeds for expansion, debt reduction and general corporate purposes. The proposed utilisation includes:

₹26.11 crore for setting up the Lucknow Snow Park and Family Entertainment Centre (FEC).

₹15.1 crore for expanding and upgrading the Athirappilly Theme Park.

₹24 crore towards repayment of debt.

Remaining amount for general corporate purposes.
Business Expansion Across States
Silverstorm Parks and Resorts operates an amusement-cum-water park, a snow park, an integrated resort and an upcoming aerial cable car project near the Athirappilly waterfalls in Thrissur, Kerala.
Outside Kerala, the company owns and operates a snow park in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. It is also developing a new snow park and family entertainment centre in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Revenue And Profit Rise In FY26
The company reported strong financial growth in the year ended March 2026. Net profit increased 96.7% year-on-year to ₹19.1 crore, compared with ₹9.71 crore in the previous financial year. Revenue climbed 40.6% to ₹43.6 crore from ₹31 crore over the same period.
Operating performance also improved. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 77.3% to ₹29.4 crore from ₹16.6 crore a year earlier. EBITDA margin expanded to 67.37% in FY26 from 53.41% in FY25.
Visitor traffic also increased during the year. Total footfalls reached 6.71 lakh in FY26, up from 5.14 lakh in the previous year. Vivro Financial Services is the book-running lead manager for the issue.
