Sobha Q2 FY27 Results: Record H1 Sales Rise 47.2% To ₹5,862 Crore As Revenue And Profit Remain Under Pressure

Sobha Limited recorded its highest-ever first-half sales value of ₹5,862 crore in H1 FY27. However, first-half revenue slipped 1% and profit after tax declined 2.6%.
Sobha Limited recorded its highest-ever first-half sales value of ₹5,862 crore in H1 FY27. This was a 47.2% year-on-year (YoY) increase. The performance was supported by new project launches and demand across its existing portfolio.
For the September quarter, real estate sales value rose 16% year-on-year to ₹2,206 crore. First-half collections also reached a record ₹4,009 crore, reflecting a 4.8% increase from the corresponding period last year.
The Sobha share price closed at ₹1,176 on 19 October 2026 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Sobha Q2 Results: Other Financial Highlights
Revenue stood at ₹1,017 crore in Q2 FY27, taking first-half revenue to ₹2,347 crore, down 1% YoY. Profit after tax (PAT) was ₹33 crore for the quarter. But the H1 FY27 PAT declined 2.6% YoY to stand at ₹84 crore.
The company reported net debt of negative ₹340 crore and a net debt-to-equity ratio of negative 0.07, indicating a net cash position.
What Do Sales, Collections, And New Projects Show?
Sobha’s average price realisation stood at ₹15,522 per square foot in Q2 FY27. During the first half, the company launched 7.92 million square feet of saleable area across five projects in Bengaluru, Gurugram and Calicut. These launches carry an estimated sales potential of ₹11,200 crore.
The record sales value shows a strong business momentum. But the slight decline in first-half revenue and PAT convey that sales growth has not translated into higher reported revenue and profit over the same period.
What Did Management Say?
Jagadish Nangineni, Managing Director of Sobha Limited, attributed the first-half performance to customer trust, the brand and project execution. He said the company plans to build on this momentum through upcoming launches and its development pipeline, while focusing on execution efficiency, financial discipline and its backward-integrated business model.
