HD Fire Protect Files For October IPO
HD Fire Protect plans to launch its IPO in October 2026 through an offer for sale by existing promoters.

HD Fire Protect, a fire protection systems manufacturer and supplier to Saudi Aramco, is planning to launch its initial public offering (IPO) in October 2026. The proposed issue will be a complete Offer for Sale (OFS) of 2.6 crore equity shares by the promoters, with no fresh issue component. The company has also begun institutional investor roadshows ahead of the planned listing.

Fire protection solutions provider HD Fire Protect is preparing to enter the capital markets with an initial public offering (IPO) expected to launch in October 2026. As per reports, the company has started meeting institutional investors through pre-IPO roadshows to gauge investor interest before opening the public issue.

HD Fire Protect is a Mumbai-based engineering company that designs and manufactures fire protection systems for industrial facilities. Its solutions are used across sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power, infrastructure, defence, airports and manufacturing. The company is also a supplier to Saudi Aramco, one of the world's largest energy companies, and has executed projects for several domestic and international clients.

The company has supplied fire protection solutions for several landmark projects in India and overseas. These include master stream nozzle installations at ISRO's space launch pad in Sriharikota, fire protection equipment at Reliance Industries' Jamnagar refinery and at the new Indian Parliament building, deluge valves for Saudi Aramco's Ras Tanura Sea Island project, and fire protection equipment for Oman's Integrated Power & Water Plant Project.

Ahead of its proposed listing, HD Fire Protect has begun institutional roadshows to showcase its business model, growth strategy, and long-term expansion plans to prospective investors.

According to its draft papers, the company is also focusing on expanding its international presence across Saudi Arabia, Southeast Asia, and other strategically aligned markets, where growing infrastructure investments and stricter fire safety regulations are expected to support long-term demand for its products and services.

The IPO is likely to capture attention due to HD Fire Protect's dominance in the industrial fire safety area and its association with international customers, including Saudi Aramco. Once the red herring prospectus and price band are revealed, investors will scrutinise the company’s valuation, financials and final offer details closely.

Official IPO timing and other issue-specific data are expected to be released closer to debut.
