Nykaa Q1 2026-27 Results: Net Profit More Than Triples To ₹80 Crore, Revenue Up 29%; EBITDA Margin Hits 12-Quarter High

Nykaa Q1 2026-27 Results: Nykaa reported a strong June-quarter performance, with consolidated net profit more than tripling to ₹79.7 crore and revenue rising 29% to ₹2,782 crore. EBITDA grew 67.8%, while operating margin reached its highest level in 12 quarters.
Nykaa Q1 2026-27 Results: FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd., the parent company of Nykaa, on Tuesday, August 4th reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 2026-27), with revenue, profit and operating margins improving sharply.
The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹79.7 crore for the April-June quarter, more than three times higher than ₹24.4 crore in the corresponding period last year. On a sequential basis, profit was largely flat compared with ₹78.75 crore reported in the March quarter.
Revenue from operations rose 29.1% year-on-year to ₹2,782 crore, compared with ₹2,154 crore in the year-ago quarter. Revenue also increased 5% from ₹2,648 crore in the preceding quarter.
At the operating level, EBITDA increased 67.8% to ₹236 crore from ₹141 crore a year earlier. EBITDA margin expanded to 8.45% from 6.5%, marking the company's highest margin in the last 12 quarters.
The beauty business remained the company's largest growth driver, with revenue rising to ₹2,516 crore from ₹1,975 crore a year ago.
The fashion business continued to outpace the overall business, with revenue increasing nearly 50% to ₹252 crore, compared with ₹170 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Consolidated gross merchandise value (GMV) grew 34% year-on-year to ₹5,590 crore. Beauty GMV rose 29% to ₹4,105 crore, while House of Nykaa's annualised GMV run rate reached around ₹3,758 crore, up 39% from a year ago. Net sales value for the fashion vertical increased 36% to ₹550 crore during the quarter.
The company said the stronger operating performance reflected better operating leverage and improved efficiency as revenue growth outpaced the increase in costs.
Separately, Nykaa's board approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in Aminu Wellness Private Limited for a consideration of up to ₹32 crore, strengthening its presence in the wellness and personal care segment.

Executive Chairperson, Founder and CEO Falguni Nayar said the June quarter marked a continued acceleration in the company's growth momentum, with both revenue growth and EBITDA margin reaching their highest levels in the past 12 quarters.

Nykaa shares settled 0.70% lower at ₹342.50 on the National Stock Exchange ahead of the earnings announcement after touching a fresh record high earlier in the session.
