Titan Q2 Results FY27
Titan Q2 FY27 results on 5 November 2026: Q1 earnings, share price and latest business updates.

Titan will announce its Q2 FY27 results on 5 November 2026, following 25% growth across consumer businesses. The company’s Q1 net profit rose 62.9% to ₹1,777 crore.

Titan Company is preparing to announce its second-quarter results for the financial year 2026–27. The company’s board will meet on Thursday, 5 November, to review and approve its unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. No dividend-related proposal has been announced for consideration at the meeting.

Investors will track revenue growth, jewellery margins and festive-season demand. The company’s latest business update has already provided an indication of performance across its major segments.

Titan shares have faced pressure despite growth across its consumer businesses. The stock recently traded around ₹4,420, approximately 15% below its reported 52-week high of ₹5,187.45. It had declined by around 8% over one month and 5% over three months, while remaining higher than its year-earlier level.

Titan’s consumer businesses recorded 25% year-on-year growth in Q2 FY27, according to its provisional quarterly update released on 6 October. Domestic businesses grew 22%, while international operations expanded 97%.

Jewellery remained the company’s largest business. It reported 21% growth, with plain gold jewellery increasing around 20%. Studded jewellery recorded growth in the early thirties.

However, demand for investment-led gold coins declined at a high single-digit rate, partly because the corresponding quarter of the previous year had recorded a strong performance.

The watches business grew 30%, supported by demand for premium analogue watches. EyeCare reported 28% growth, while emerging businesses expanded 21%. Titan added 78 net stores during the quarter, taking its total consumer retail network to 3,758 stores as of September 2026.

These figures are provisional and remain subject to a limited review by the company’s statutory auditors.

Titan delivered a strong performance in the June quarter. Its consolidated net profit increased 62.9% year-on-year to ₹1,777 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with ₹1,091 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Revenue from operations rose 40.3% to ₹20,787 crore from ₹14,814 crore a year earlier. Jewellery led the performance, supported by demand for gold products and customer exchange programmes.

The strong first-quarter earnings provide a useful benchmark for investors assessing the company’s September-quarter performance. However, the latest business update indicates slower jewellery growth than in the previous quarter.
