Birlasoft is set to announce its Q2 FY27 results on 28 October. The company’s performance will be assessed against its Q1 revenue growth, profit trends and expanding business opportunities.

Birlasoft is set to announce its second-quarter results for the financial year 2026–27 on 28 October. The company's board will review its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September. It will also consider declaring an interim dividend for the financial year.

Birlasoft shares faced selling pressure ahead of the earnings announcement. On 19 October, the stock closed at ₹312.60 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), down 1.76% from the previous close. Further, its 52-week trading range stood between ₹267.05 and ₹474.

Birlasoft reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,379.40 crore in Q1 FY27, marking a 7.36% year-on-year increase. Revenue also rose 2.28% compared with the previous quarter.

Consolidated net profit increased 51.26% year on year to ₹161 crore. Profit before tax rose 37.31% to ₹228.17 crore. However, net profit declined from ₹175.93 crore in Q4 FY26, indicating that the sequential trend remains relevant alongside annual growth.

Birlasoft announced on 8 October that it had been named an OpenAI Select Partner. The development adds to its artificial intelligence capabilities and could support its efforts to deliver AI-led solutions to enterprise clients.

The company has also received reaffirmation of its credit ratings for bank facilities from CARE Ratings. Investors will look for further details on AI-related opportunities, deal conversion and demand across its core markets.

The 28 October results announcement will provide a clearer picture of Birlasoft's operating performance during the September quarter. The interim dividend decision will be another key outcome for shareholders.
