PC Jeweller shares surge 26% in two sessions after a ₹73.60 crore block deal and early repayment of dues to 14 banks.

PC Jeweller’s stock jumped 26% in two sessions after a block deal of 5.10 crore shares. The company has also repaid all 14 consortium banks ahead of time.

PC Jeweller shares surged over 13% on 19 October 2026, extending their rally to 26% over two sessions following a block deal in which Cupid Limited Chairman and Managing Director Aditya Kumar Halwasiya purchased 5.10 crore shares at ₹14.43 apiece, valuing the transaction at ₹73.60 crore.

The PC Jeweller block deal was among the developments drawing investor attention. The company had also announced the early repayment of outstanding dues to its 14-bank consortium.

At 12:26 pm on Monday, the PC Jeweller share price was up 12.72%, trading at ₹18.35 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The stock opened at ₹17, compared with the previous close of ₹16.28, and touched an intraday high of ₹18.63 and a low of ₹16.91 during the intraday session.

PC Jeweller said it had cleared all outstanding dues to its 14 consortium banks, led by State Bank of India (SBI), before the scheduled repayment dates. The company stated that achieving debt-free status would materially strengthen its balance sheet and financial position.
