BSE Q2 FY27 Results Today: Exchange to Announce September Quarter Earnings as Shares Fall 1.77% to ₹3,600.90

BSE will announce its Q2 FY27 results on November 4, as shares trade 1.77% lower at ₹3,600.90. Read more about earnings expectations and stock performance.
BSE Limited will announce its September quarter results today, 4 November 2026. The exchange had reported a net profit of ₹801.15 crore on total income of ₹1,601.44 crore in Q1 FY27. The upcoming results will show whether it can sustain that performance through the July-September period.
The company has also arranged an earnings call with analysts and investors for 6:30 PM IST today. The discussion will cover its quarterly performance, business segments and growth plans. A question-and-answer session will follow the management's opening remarks.
BSE Share Price Falls 1.77% Ahead Of Results
BSE shares were trading lower ahead of the results announcement. At 12:36 PM IST on 4 November, the stock was down 1.77% at ₹3,600.90, against its previous close of ₹3,665.70.
The stock opened at ₹3,665.70 but failed to hold that level. It moved between ₹3,576.80 and ₹3,665.70 during the session. Trading volume stood at 28.84 lakh shares, with a traded value of ₹1,038.63 crore. At 12:42 PM, it was down 1.79% at ₹3,600.
Despite Wednesday’s dip, BSE’s long-term trend remains firmly intact. The stock is already up about 37% year-to-date and over 44% in the last 12 months. But the real story is its multi-year run: it has jumped roughly 6x in three years and over 23x in five.
Over the past year alone, shares have swung between a low of ₹2,377.40 in early February and a peak of ₹4,446.80 in late May.
Currently trading around ₹3,600, the exchange holds a market value of roughly ₹1.47 lakh crore. That puts the current share price about 19% below its peak, but still comfortably up nearly 51% from its 52-week low.
What Could The BSE Q2 FY27 Results Reveal?
The June quarter numbers give investors a starting point for assessing the latest performance. BSE reported total income of ₹1,601.44 crore, while net profit came in at ₹801.15 crore. Earnings per share stood at ₹19.45.
The September quarter results will offer a clearer picture of how the exchange's business performed during the period. Trading activity and the contribution of its different business segments will be worth examining once the detailed financial statements are available.
BSE has not provided any September quarter revenue or profit figures in the information available ahead of the announcement. It would therefore be premature to attach growth estimates to the results.
The management's commentary later in the evening could provide additional context. The scheduled conference call begins at 6:30 PM IST, with discussions covering business performance, segment-level trends and the company's growth strategy.
