Bajaj Housing Finance Q1 FY27 Results: Interest income rose 14.6% YoY to ₹2,856.07 crore while net profit climbed 22.6% to ₹715.28 crore, as total revenue from operations grew 17.2% YoY to ₹3,063.02 crore.

Bajaj Housing Finance Q1 Results FY27: Bajaj Housing Finance on Wednesday reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27) after market hours, with growth in profit and interest income, while asset quality improved marginally from a year ago.

The housing finance company reported a standalone net profit of ₹715 crore for the April-June quarter, up 22.6% from ₹583 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Total income rose 17% year-on-year to ₹3,063 crore, compared with ₹2,616 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Assets under management (AUM) increased 24% to ₹1,49,624 crore as of June 30, 2026, from ₹1,20,420 crore a year earlier.

Net interest income (NII), a key measure of lending income, rose 9% to ₹968 crore from ₹887 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Gross non-performing assets (GNPA) improved marginally to 0.29% as of June 30, 2026, from 0.30% a year earlier, while net NPA (NNPA) declined to 0.12% from 0.13%.

The provision coverage ratio on Stage 3 assets stood at 59% at the end of the quarter.

Loan losses and provisions fell to ₹16 crore during the quarter from ₹38 crore a year earlier.

The company also reported an improvement in operating efficiency, with the operating expenses-to-net total income ratio declining to 19.6% from 21.2% in the corresponding quarter last year.

Its capital adequacy ratio, including Tier-II capital, stood at 21.59% at the end of the June quarter.

Bajaj Housing Finance shares settled 2.3% higher at ₹87.63 on the NSE on Wednesday, compared with the previous close of ₹85.66. The company announced its June quarter earnings after the market closed.

The stock has declined about 24% over the past one year and is down 8.5% so far in 2026. However, it has gained 1.2% over the last one month and advanced 2.8% over the previous five trading sessions.

Bajaj Housing Finance hit a 52-week high of ₹117.98 on August 18, 2025, while its 52-week low of ₹72.65 was recorded on March 30, 2026. According to NSE data, the company's market capitalisation stood at ₹73,232 crore as of the close of trade on July 29, 2026.
