Reliance Industries Q2 FY27 Results On 30 October: Board To Consider NCD Fundraising Alongside September-Quarter Earnings

Reliance Industries will consider its September-quarter and first-half FY27 results on 30 October 2026. The board will also review a proposal to raise funds through non-convertible debentures (NCDs), although the amount and terms have not been disclosed.
Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has scheduled a board meeting for 30 October 2026 to consider and approve its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026.
The board will also consider a proposal to raise funds through non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The proposed issue could comprise listed, secured or unsecured, redeemable NCDs through private placement, in one or more tranches.
The Reliance Industries share price closed at ₹1,196.20 on 27 October 2026 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
How Did Reliance Industries Perform In Q1 FY27?
In the June quarter, consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders fell 22.4% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹20,946 crore, compared with ₹26,994 crore a year earlier. The decline was partly attributed to a high base: the year-ago quarter included a one-time gain of ₹8,924 crore from the sale of listed investments.
Revenue from operations moved in the opposite direction, rising 25% YoY to ₹3,11,850 crore from ₹2,48,660 crore.
The O2C business recorded 30% revenue growth, while earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for the segment increased 17.2% to ₹17,010 crore. Jio Platforms’ EBITDA rose 15.1% to ₹20,865 crore, supported by subscriber additions and improved monetisation.
What Is Expected On 30 October?
Investors will be watching the company’s oil-to-chemicals (O2C), telecom, retail, and oil and gas businesses. The results will also follow the scheduled 28 October stock market debut of Jio Platforms, RIL’s telecom and digital services subsidiary.
The company has not yet disclosed the proposed fundraising amount or the other terms of the proposed NCD, but it is also expected to be approved, with details to be released after the approval of the board.
Why Has The Share Price Been In Focus?
Reliance shares have declined around 24% during 2026 and were trading nearly 26% below their January peak. Analysts attributed the pressure to volatility in Indian equities, uncertainty in energy markets and concerns about global economic growth.
Investors will therefore be watching the September-quarter numbers for evidence of how the company’s different businesses performed, and how the outlook is for the next quarter.
