Apollo Tyres net profit climbed to ₹349 crore in the June quarter.

Apollo Tyres Q1 FY 2026-27 Results: Revenue rose 13% to ₹7,398 crore. Net profit also increased to ₹349 crore as strong demand across markets supported growth during the quarter.

Apollo Tyres Q1 FY 2026-27 results were driven by steady demand across markets, with the company reporting double-digit revenue growth during the June quarter. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations increased 13% year-on-year to ₹7,398 crore from ₹6,561 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company reported an operating profit of ₹868 crore, broadly in line with the year-ago quarter. Net profit stood at ₹349 crore, compared with just ₹13 crore in Q1 FY26. The company said the base quarter included the after-tax impact of restructuring and impairment at its Netherlands plant amounting to ₹273 crore, making the year-on-year comparison less meaningful.

Apollo Tyres said its Indian operations recorded steady revenue growth during the quarter, while its European business remained resilient despite a challenging operating environment. The company attributed its performance to healthy demand across market segments and sustained high-capacity utilisation across its manufacturing network.

On a cross-currency basis, the company reported quarterly revenue of US$781.68 million (Euro 672.60 million). Operating profit stood at US$91.71 million (Euro 78.91 million), while net profit came in at US$36.86 million (Euro 31.72 million).

Chairman Onkar Kanwar said higher revenue was supported by healthy demand across market segments and consistent capacity utilisation at manufacturing facilities. He added that Apollo Tyres remains focused on profitable growth by improving execution, enhancing operational efficiency and staying closely aligned with customer requirements. The company also said it remains watchful of the evolving macroeconomic environment while continuing to pursue long-term value creation.

Apollo Tyres also announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Gaurav Kumar has resigned to pursue personal and professional opportunities. Vice Chairman and Managing Director Neeraj Kanwar acknowledged his contribution to the company's growth in India and overseas over the past two decades. Gaurav Kumar will continue beyond his notice period, if required, to ensure a smooth transition while the company searches for a new CFO.

At the close of the day on 6 August 2026, Apollo Tyres’ share price was ₹449.7 on the National Stock Exchange.
