Adani Enterprises Q1 Results FY27

Adani Enterprises reported a consolidated net loss of ₹1,160 crore in Q1 FY27 after booking a one-time OFAC settlement charge of ₹2,644 crore. Despite the exceptional item, revenue from operations jumped nearly 50% year-on-year to ₹32,924 crore, while EBITDA reached a record quarterly level.

Adani Enterprises reported its Q1 FY27 results during market hours on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Adani Enterprises is the flagship company of the Adani Group, with businesses spanning airports, roads, renewable energy manufacturing, data centres and other incubation ventures.

The Gautam Adani-led Adani Enterprises reported a consolidated net loss of ₹1,160.23 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with a net profit of ₹885.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The loss was on account of an exceptional charge of ₹2,644.02 crore linked to a settlement with the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the company said in an exchange filing on Wednesday.

Despite the one-time hit, the Adani Group flagship posted strong growth in its core businesses during the quarter, with revenue rising sharply and operating profit reaching a record level.

Revenue Jumps Nearly 50%

Revenue from operations increased 49.92% year-on-year to ₹32,923.98 crore, compared with ₹21,961.20 crore in the year-ago quarter, reflecting higher business activity across the company's portfolio.

EBITDA stood at ₹5,019 crore during the quarter, while the EBITDA margin improved to 15.25% from 15.07% a year earlier.

Among its key businesses, Adani Airport Holdings reported a 49% year-on-year increase in EBITDA to ₹1,633 crore, aided by higher passenger traffic and improved operating performance.

Operational Milestones

International operations commenced at Navi Mumbai International Airport, while toll collections began on the Ganga Expressway, adding another operational asset to the company's transport portfolio.

The group also expanded its renewable energy manufacturing capacity by commissioning a new solar module production line. During the quarter, Adani Enterprises also secured a major hyperscale data centre order, further strengthening its infrastructure portfolio.

Separately, the company completed its ₹15,000 crore Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), which it described as the largest fund raise by a non-financial corporate in India. According to the company, the issue witnessed strong participation from domestic and global institutional investors.

Chairman Gautam Adani said the company had started FY27 on a strong note despite the exceptional charge booked during the quarter.

He said Adani Enterprises delivered its highest-ever quarterly EBITDA of ₹5,642 crore, reflecting the growing scale of its infrastructure and incubation businesses.

Adani said the commencement of international operations at Navi Mumbai International Airport, toll collections on the Ganga Expressway, expansion of solar module manufacturing capacity and the new hyperscale data centre order marked important milestones for the company during the quarter.

He added that the successful ₹15,000 crore QIP reflected institutional confidence in the group's long-term growth strategy and execution capabilities.

Following the earnings announcement, Adani Enterprises shares were trading 0.69% higher at ₹3,023 on the National Stock Exchange at around 3:06 pm.

The stock touched a 52-week high of ₹3,245 on July 6, 2026, while its 52-week low of ₹1,753 was recorded on March 30, 2026.
