GK Energy
GK Energy has received a Letter of Empanelment from a state government-owned power distribution company for a rooftop solar installation programme covering 1 lakh households. The contract is valued at approximately ₹455 crore.
Bharat Electronics
Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) has secured additional orders worth ₹730 crore since its previous disclosure on 10 August. The state-owned defence electronics company announced the order win on Wednesday.
Hindustan Copper
The government's Offer for Sale in Hindustan Copper has concluded successfully, with strong participation from investors. According to the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), the issue was oversubscribed on both days.
The government subsequently exercised the entire green-shoe option, making Hindustan Copper one of the key stocks to watch today.
Jio Financial Services
Jio Financial Services remains in focus following comments made at its FY26 annual general meeting. Chief Executive Officer Hitesh Sethia said Jio Credit has been expanding rapidly.
Jio Credit's gross assets under management crossed ₹30,000 crore in the first quarter of FY27, representing 163% year-on-year growth. Disbursements increased 173% year-on-year to ₹11,252 crore during the quarter.
Max Healthcare Institute
Max Healthcare Institute's wholly owned subsidiary Alps Hospital has received a show-cause-cum-demand notice from the Directorate General of Goods & Services Tax Intelligence (DGGI), Mumbai Zonal Unit.
The notice relates to an alleged non-payment of GST on variable management fees by Alps Hospital. Investors will track the potential financial and regulatory implications, which could keep Max Healthcare among today's stocks to watch.
ICICI Prudential AMC
The company could remain in focus after sources indicated that Prudential Corp Holdings plans to sell a 2% stake through a block deal.
The proposed transaction is estimated at ₹3,121 crore, with the offer price reportedly set between ₹2,998 and ₹3,158 per share. This represents a discount of around 2% to 7% compared with the prevailing market price.
IRB Infrastructure Developers
IRB Infrastructure Developers has received board approval to invest up to ₹351 crore in IRB InvIT Fund.
The investment is intended to support the infrastructure investment trust's fundraising programme for the acquisition of two highway project companies.
Juniper Green Energy
Juniper Green Energy, through its subsidiary Juniper Nirjara Energy, has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement with SJVN for a 50 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project.
The project comes under SJVN's FDRE-2 scheme and carries a tariff of ₹4.25 per unit.
