Paramotor Digital Technology filed its updated draft red herring prospectus (UDRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on 14 October 2026.

The company plans to raise ₹1,000 crore through its initial public offering (IPO). It comprises ₹698 crore in fresh shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹302 crore by its promoters.

The Mumbai-based fintech company had initially filed its IPO papers through the confidential pre-filing route in May 2026 and received SEBI approval in August.

Promoters Sonia Pankaj Asher and Rahul Anand will sell shares worth up to ₹302 crore through the OFS. The company may also raise up to ₹139.6 crore through a pre-IPO placement, which would reduce the fresh issue size accordingly.

Paramotor Digital Technology plans to allocate ₹355 crore from the net proceeds of the fresh issue towards customer acquisition, retention, brand promotion and business development. Another ₹94 crore will go towards technology development, cloud infrastructure services and information technology (IT) assets.

The company has earmarked ₹38 crore for office infrastructure investments. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The fresh issue is intended to fund business growth and technology upgrades, while the OFS gives promoters an opportunity to sell some of their shares.

The company operates across digital gifting, consumer spend management, rewards and loyalty programmes, and technology services. Its platforms include yayyy. shop for digital gifting, SpendPro for spend management, RewardOn for rewards and loyalty solutions, and DevStack for technology and platform development services.

It also works as a programme manager, business correspondent and distribution agent for non-reloadable prepaid payment instruments.

Paramotor Digital Technology reported a consolidated profit of ₹23.8 crore on revenue of ₹252.7 crore for the quarter ended June 2026. For the financial year ended 31 March 2026, its consolidated profit stood at ₹59.1 crore, while revenue reached ₹603.1 crore.

Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and Equirus Capital have been appointed as merchant bankers for the IPO. The company is yet to announce the issue opening date, price band and other bidding details.
