Koolking Industries has filed DRHP for a ₹300 crore IPO, including a fresh issue and an OFS of up to 30.5 lakh shares.

Koolking Industries files DRHP for a ₹300 crore IPO, plans three new plants and reports 22.4% profit growth in FY26. Read more about the proposed issue.

Koolking Industries India has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the Koolking Industries IPO, which includes a fresh issue of ₹300 crore. The offer will also have an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 30.5 lakh shares by the company’s promoters.

The Punjab-based maker of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) components could also raise up to ₹60 crore through a pre-IPO placement. If that happens, the fresh issue will be reduced by the amount raised. The Koolking Industries IPO DRHP was filed on 23 September.

A large part of the fresh issue will go towards expanding the company’s manufacturing capacity.

Under the Koolking Industries IPO, the company has set aside ₹138.4 crore from the fresh issue to establish new units at Malerkotla in Punjab, Sri City in Andhra Pradesh and Ghiloth in Rajasthan.

The company will spend another ₹14.5 crore on machinery and equipment at its existing plants. It has also earmarked ₹60 crore to meet working capital needs. The balance will be used for general corporate purposes.

The company’s profit for the year ended March 2026 stood at ₹33.2 crore. That was higher than the ₹27.1 crore recorded a year earlier, marking a 22.4% rise.

Revenue also moved up during the year. It grew 9% to ₹526.7 crore in FY26, compared with ₹483.1 crore in FY25.

Keynote Financial Services will manage the IPO as the merchant banker. The proposed issue will be subject to the required regulatory approvals and other applicable conditions.

Koolking Industries started operations in 2008 and now has five manufacturing plants spread across Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh. Together, these facilities can produce 41.92 crore units a year.

Its products are used in commercial and residential air conditioners, as well as refrigeration equipment.
