AssetGro Fintech Plans Up To ₹2,500 Crore IPO With ₹800 Crore Fresh Issue

AssetGro Fintech is preparing to file its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a proposed initial public offering (IPO). The Bengaluru-based fintech could submit the documents before the end of September 2026.
The proposed issue could raise between ₹2,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore. Around ₹800 crore is expected to come through a fresh issue, while the remaining amount could comprise an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders.
AssetGro Fintech IPO To Use Confidential Filing Route
The AssetGro Fintech IPO is expected to be filed through SEBI's confidential route. Under this mechanism, companies can submit their draft IPO documents without making them immediately available in the public domain. The documents are subsequently disclosed as the company moves closer to launching its IPO.
Emirates NBD Capital has been appointed as the book-running lead manager for the issue.
