Nearly ₹30 crore from the net fresh issue proceeds will be used for procuring machinery and equipment to support expansion at its Kavathe, Shirwal and Pithampur Unit-I facilities. Around ₹16 crore will go towards debt repayment. The remaining funds will be earmarked for general corporate purposes.

As of June 2026, the company’s total fund-based and non-fund-based outstanding borrowings were ₹29.2 crore and ₹11.55 crore, respectively.
