Aditya Infotech's board has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹1,500 crore through the issue of equity shares. The fundraising could be carried out through one or more permitted routes, including a public issue, Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), or a combination of these methods. The proposal remains subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
HDFC Life Insurance Company
HDFC Life Insurance Company said the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) has approved the reappointment of Vibha Padalkar as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Her new five-year term will begin on 12 September 2026.
Hexaware Technologies
Hexaware Technologies said it has found no credible evidence indicating that its systems or customer environments were compromised. The clarification follows reports in non-mainstream media alleging that a threat actor may have gained access to certain employee information.
Hyundai Motor India
Hyundai Motor India will raise vehicle prices by up to 1% across its range from September 2026. The company attributed the increase to higher input and commodity costs, rising operating expenses and continued geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainty.

Oil India has set 4 September 2026 as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY26. The dividend was recommended on 13 May 2026 and will be paid within the stipulated 30-day period following shareholder approval.

EMS has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a water treatment plant and associated works in Kota, Rajasthan. The project has been awarded by the state's Public Health Engineering Department and carries an estimated value of ₹190.86 crore, including GST.
Ramco Systems
The company's US subsidiary has been selected by Pem-Air to support the digital transformation of its engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operations using artificial intelligence. Pem-Air will implement Ramco Aviation Software across its growing engine portfolio, covering platforms such as the GE90, Trent 700 and CFM LEAP.
