Facility management company BVG India has received the required regulatory clearance to move ahead with its proposed initial public offering (IPO) worth ₹300 crore.
The public issue will have a fresh issue as well as an offer for sale (OFS) component, under which existing shareholders propose to sell 2.85 crore equity shares. BVG India had filed its draft papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in September 2025.
The company's CEO, Rupal Sinha, confirmed that the approval process had been completed and that preparations for the IPO were underway.
Issue Proceeds To Support Growth
According to the company's draft prospectus, BVG India plans to use the proceeds from the fresh issue to reduce a portion of its borrowings and support its future expansion.
The final structure and timing of the BVG India IPO will depend on market conditions.
For FY26, BVG India reported operating revenue of ₹4,128 crore and a profit after tax of ₹284 crore.
BVG India Operates Across Multiple Service Segments
BVG India provides facility management and related services to clients across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, government and transportation infrastructure sectors.
Its operations are divided into three broad verticals: integrated facility management, emergency response services, and environment and sustainability services.
The company offers services ranging from housekeeping, janitorial work, security and labour support to office assistance and maintenance of retail fuel outlets.
Its portfolio also covers mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, repairs and maintenance, road management, city cleaning and infrastructure upkeep.
BVG India additionally provides specialised services such as catering, paint-shop cleaning, logistics support, back-office operations and fleet management, including the management of electric buses.
The proposed BVG India IPO will bring another large facility management company closer to the Indian stock market, with the issue now moving towards its next stage after receiving regulatory clearance.
