Beauty Garage IPO: K9, Shea, Botoliss Maker Files DRHP With SEBI To Raise ₹125 Crore

Beauty Garage has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of ₹125 crore and an offer-for-sale of 78.36 lakh shares by promoters. The Mumbai-based haircare company, which owns brands including K9, Shea, Botoliss and Scalp Sense, plans to use the proceeds to set up a new manufacturing facility in Vasai, Maharashtra.
Beauty Garage IPO: Beauty Garage has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering (IPO) comprising a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹125 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 78.36 lakh equity shares by its promoters.
According to the draft papers filed on July 28, promoters Jigar Babubhai Ravaria and Mahesh Babubhai Ravaria will each offload 39.18 lakh equity shares through the OFS.
The Mumbai-based company manufactures and markets professional haircare products under brands including K9, Shea, Botoliss and Scalp Sense. Its portfolio includes shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, serums, styling products and salon treatment solutions, which are sold through salons, beauty professionals and retail channels.
As of March 31, 2026, Beauty Garage's products were distributed across more than 13,044 salons. According to the DRHP, K9 was the company's largest brand in FY26, contributing 40% of revenue from operations, followed by Shea (26%), Botoliss (23%) and Scalp Sense (4%).
The company may also undertake a pre-IPO placement of equity shares worth ₹25 crore. If such a placement is completed, the size of the fresh issue will be reduced by the amount raised.
Beauty Garage IPO: Use of Proceeds
Beauty Garage proposes to utilise ₹91.1 crore from the net proceeds to establish a new manufacturing facility at Vasai, Maharashtra. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The company currently operates a manufacturing facility in Andheri, Mumbai. The proposed expansion is expected to increase production capacity and support its future growth plans.
Beauty Garage Financials
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Beauty Garage reported a net profit of ₹31.6 crore, compared with ₹12.7 crore in the previous financial year.
Revenue from operations rose to ₹96.9 crore in FY26 from ₹60.2 crore a year earlier, while the company continued to expand its presence in the premium salon haircare segment.
Systematix Corporate Services is the sole book-running lead manager to the issue.
