Waaree Renewable Q1 FY 2026-27 Results: Waaree Renewable Technologies reported a 34% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to nearly ₹116 crore during the June quarter, while revenue grew 53% to ₹924 crore. Waaree Renewable Technologies reported a 34% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit to nearly ₹116 crore during the June quarter. The company’s revenue from operations grew 53% to ₹924 crore.

  • Revenue: ₹924 crore, up 53% YoY from ₹603 crore

  • Net Profit: ₹116 crore, up 34% YoY from ₹86 crore

  • Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA): ₹173 crore, up 48% YoY

  • EBITDA Margin: 18.77%, compared with 19.49% in Q1 FY26

  • Sequential Net Profit: Down 26% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹157 crore in Q4 FY26

  • Sequential Revenue: Down 16% QoQ from ₹1,102 crore in Q4 FY26

  • Order Book: Unexecuted order book of more than ₹5,300 crore

Waaree Renewable said it continues to broaden its presence beyond its core renewable engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) business.

The company recently acquired a 55% stake in Associated Power Structures (APSPL). It said the transaction strengthens its presence in the transmission and distribution (T&D) business and enables it to offer integrated infrastructure solutions.

The company added that it remains focused on expanding adjacent businesses while maintaining disciplined execution across its renewable EPC portfolio.

Chief Financial Officer Manmohan Sharma said the global operating environment continues to face challenges arising from geopolitical tensions, tariff uncertainty, regional conflicts and supply chain adjustments.

Waaree Renewable stock came under selling pressure immediately after the earnings announcement. The stock fell 7% in early trade. At 2:30 pm, Waaree Renewable Technologies shares were trading at ₹938.00, down 7.97% on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Despite the recent correction, the stock has delivered returns of more than 2,870% over the past five years.

The shares, however, have fallen more than 14% over the past year. They are still up over 9% in the last six months but have declined 3% over the past month and 5% during the last five trading sessions.
