Upcoming Dividend, Bonus And Stock Split Shares This Week

Several Indian companies are set to announce dividends, bonus shares, stock splits, spin-offs and buybacks between 5 October and 9 October 2026.
Several Indian companies are set to undertake corporate actions during the week starting from 5 October. These include dividends, bonus issues, stock splits, spin-offs and share buybacks.
Around 15 companies have fixed record dates for these actions. Investors holding eligible shares on the respective record dates may qualify for the announced benefits.
Dividend And Bonus Issues
NMDC Ltd has fixed 5 October 2026 as the record date for its final dividend of ₹1 per share. PTC India Ltd will also have its record date on 7 October 2026 for a final dividend of ₹5.50 per share.
Accelya Solutions India Ltd has announced a final dividend of ₹35 per share, with 9 October 2026 as the record date. Caspian Corporate Services Ltd and Skyways Air Services Ltd have also set record dates on 9 October 2026 for dividends of ₹0.50 and ₹0.25 per share, respectively.
Bonus issues are also scheduled during the week. GTV Engineering Ltd has fixed 7 October 2026 as its record date for a 2:1 bonus issue. PH Capital Ltd has announced a 10:1 bonus issue for shareholders holding eligible shares on the same date.
Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd and Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd have both fixed 9 October 2026 as their record date for 1:1 bonus issues.
Stock Splits, Spin-Offs And Buybacks
BLS E-Services Ltd has fixed 6 October 2026 as the record date for a stock split. Its shares will be split by reducing the face value from ₹10 to ₹5 per share.
Shankara Buildpro Ltd has set 8 October 2026 as the record date for a stock split from ₹10 to ₹2 per share.
Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd has fixed 6 October 2026 as the record date for a spin-off. Bhagyanagar India Ltd has scheduled its spin-off record date for 8 October 2026.
Share buybacks are also on the calendar. Shardul Securities Ltd and Transport Corporation of India Ltd have both set 8 October 2026 and 9 October 2026, respectively, as their record dates.
