Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is going to consider declaring a second interim dividend for FY27 at its next board meeting. The board will also approve the company's audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2026.
The TCS stock will remain in focus ahead of the results and dividend decision. Since the company has regularly made dividend payouts, it makes the upcoming board meeting an important event for corporate action.
At the close of the day on 22 September 2026, TCS share price was ₹2,105 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
When Will TCS Announce Its Q2 FY27 Results?
The board will also approve the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and six-month period ended 30 September 2026. It will simultaneously consider the audited consolidated financial results of TCS and its subsidiaries for the same period.
The results and dividend decision are scheduled for the 8 October 2026 board meeting. If it is declared, the dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the company's Register of Members or in the records of depositories as beneficial owners as on 14 October 2026, which will be the record date.
What Is TCS' Recent Dividend History?
In the past, TCS has paid interim dividends in most quarters. It has also paid a final dividend at the end of the financial year and occasional special dividends.
For FY27, TCS paid an interim dividend of ₹12 per share for the June quarter.
For FY26, the company paid a ₹31 final dividend, ₹11 interim dividends for the second and third quarters, and a ₹46 special dividend alongside the Q3 interim dividend. The company also paid a ₹11 interim dividend for Q1 FY26.
