Sunshine Pictures has fixed the price band for its ₹282-crore IPO at ₹342-360 per share. The issue will open on 18 August and close on 20 August. The shares will list on the exchanges on 25 August.

Sunshine Pictures has set the price band for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) at ₹342-360 per equity share. The public issue will open for subscription on 18 August and close on 20 August, while anchor investors will get a day to place their bids on 17 August.

The ₹282-crore Sunshine Pictures IPO will comprise a fresh issue of up to 48,00,034 equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 30,37,157 shares. Based on the issue price, the company's implied market capitalisation is expected to range between ₹1,065 crore and ₹1,121 crore.

Each share has a face value of ₹10. Investors can place bids for a minimum of 41 shares, with subsequent bids required to be in multiples of 41.

At ₹342 per share, the minimum application amount for retail investors will be ₹14,022. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum investment for the IPO will increase to ₹14,760.

Half of the offer has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), while 15% has been earmarked for non-institutional investors (NIIs). Retail investors will have access to the remaining 35% of the issue.

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on 21 August. Sunshine Pictures shares are scheduled to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on 25 August.

GYR Capital Advisors is acting as the book running lead manager (BRLM) for the issue, while Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar.

Incorporated in 2007, Sunshine Pictures Ltd operates in film and content production. Its activities cover the conceptualisation, development, production, marketing and distribution of films, television serials and web series.

The company also works across script development, content production, intellectual property creation, rights monetisation and distribution.

Its film portfolio includes titles such as Force, Commando, Holiday, Force 2, Commando 2 and The Kerala Story. Some of its projects have also focused on socially relevant themes.

The company describes itself as a technology-led content creator focused on commercially viable and innovative projects, with operations spanning multiple stages of the content-production and distribution cycle.
