Kalyan Jewellers reports Q1 FY27 results with revenue up ~45% YoY and net profit up ~32% YoY.

Kalyan Jewellers’ Q1 results FY2026-27 consolidated revenues climbed 45% YoY to ₹10,589 crore and net profit grew 32% YoY to ₹349 crore. Growth was backed by strong domestic demand and high same-store sales via its digital jewellery platform Candere.

Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd. reported financial numbers for the quarter ended June 2026 (Q1 FY27) on the back of significant demand throughout its India business and continued expansion of its retail network. Consolidated sales were ₹10,589 crore compared with ₹7,300 crore a year ago. Consolidated net profit was ₹349 crore compared with ₹264 crore in Q1 FY26.

The company’s India business registered a revenue rise of over 38% YoY, aided by same-store sales growth of about 28% in the quarter. Its digital-first jewellery platform, Candere, grew its revenues by 112% YoY, indicating good momentum in the online jewellery category.

During the quarter, the company also added 12 Kalyan showrooms and five Candere stores to its retail footprint, pushing its global showroom count to 524 as of 30 June 2026.

The company’s gold recirculation campaign, “Shine with India”, continued to gather pace in the quarter. Recycled gold accounted for 46.3% of total revenue in Q1 FY27 and 55.4% in June 2026, helping cut dependence on imported gold and support margins in the face of high gold prices.

On 4 August 2026, Kalyan Jewellers' share price closed at ₹591.40 on the National Stock Exchange, down 2.73% from its previous closing price of ₹608.00. The stock hit an intraday high of ₹610.80 and a low of ₹586.55 during the session as investors responded to the hype surrounding the company's Q1 FY27 results.

The Kalyan Jewellers Q1 FY2026-27 results show that consumer demand has been steady, notwithstanding the higher costs of gold and the 28-day Adhik Maas period. In the next quarters, investors would be watching the company’s retail development, digital growth through Candere, and sustained traction in its gold recycling project.
