Divi’s Labs Q4: PAT Rises 13% YoY To ₹751 Crore, ₹30 Dividend Declared

Divi’s Labs reported a 13% YoY rise in Q4FY26 PAT to ₹751 crore, while revenue grew 10% to ₹2,831 crore. The board also proposed a final dividend of ₹30 per share.

Divi's Laboratories posted a consolidated net profit of ₹751 crore for the March quarter, marking a 13% year-on-year increase from ₹662 crore recorded in the same period last year. The profit after tax was attributable to the company’s shareholders.

Revenue from operations during Q4 FY26 rose 10% to ₹2,831 crore, compared with ₹2,585 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Divi’s Laboratories shares gained 0.42% to close at ₹6,887 on the National Stock Exchange on 22 May 2026.

The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the company’s 36th Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be distributed within the prescribed timeline after the AGM. The 36th AGM is scheduled to take place on 10 August 2026, while 24 July 2026 has been fixed as the record date for determining eligible shareholders.
