Delhivery Q1 FY 2026-27 Results: Delhivery reported a 28% year-on-year rise in revenue to ₹2,931 crore in the June quarter. The company also posted a consolidated profit as it continued to expand its logistics and technology businesses.

Delhivery's revenue from services rose 28% year-on-year to ₹2,931 crore during the quarter. The company reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of ₹156 crore, translating into an EBITDA margin of 5.3%.

Profit after tax (PAT) before accounting for Ecom integration costs, stood at ₹62 crore. After these costs, consolidated PAT came in at ₹32 crore for the quarter. Delhivery also maintained a strong balance sheet, ending the quarter with a cash balance of ₹4,677 crore.

Express parcel volumes reached a record 322 million shipments, an increase of 55% compared with the same quarter last year. The company said this growth was supported by continued demand across e-commerce and other customer segments.

The Part Truck Load (PTL) business also expanded during the quarter. Freight volumes rose 18% year-on-year to 542,000 metric tonnes, reflecting steady growth in the company's surface logistics business.

It also introduced several new products and technology platforms, such as SmartNDR, which is an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered service that helps online sellers reduce return-to-origin (RTO) shipments and improve delivery success.

The company also launched Delhivery Maps, which it describes as India's first AI-native mapping platform built using commercial logistics data. The solution is now available for businesses and developers as a standalone location intelligence platform.

On the warehousing side, Delhivery commissioned an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) at client warehouses to improve storage capacity and automate operations.

At 09:50 am on 10 August 2026, Delhivery's share price was ₹473.65 on the National Stock Exchange.
