Bank of Baroda Q1 Results 2026

Bank of Baroda is scheduled to announce its June-quarter results today. Investors will watch loan growth, net interest margin, asset quality and management commentary after the PSU lender reported record quarterly and annual profit in the March quarter.

Bank of Baroda's board is scheduled to meet on Friday, July 24, to consider and approve the lender's unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

The June-quarter earnings come after the state-owned lender reported its highest-ever quarterly profit in the March quarter and crossed the ₹20,000-crore mark in annual net profit for the first time. Investors will look for trends in loan growth, net interest margin (NIM), asset quality and management commentary amid a changing interest rate environment.

Along with the financial performance, the market will watch the management's commentary on credit demand, deposit growth, margin outlook and asset quality for the rest of FY27.

Loan growth, deposit mobilisation and net interest margin (NIM) are expected to remain key monitorables for the quarter. Investors will also track gross and net non-performing assets (GNPA and NNPA), slippages, provisioning and credit cost for signs of any change in asset quality.
