Aditya Birla AMC Q2 Results Show Lower Net Profit
Net profit declined 8.4% YoY to ₹221 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with ₹241.32 crore in the corresponding quarter a year earlier.
However, revenue from operations rose 5% YoY to ₹484 crore in the September quarter. The revenue growth was accompanied by a significant increase in the company’s expenses, which affected the overall profit performance.
Total expenses increased 21% to ₹230 crore during the quarter, compared with ₹191 crore in the year-ago period.
Average AUM Continue To Grow
Quarterly average AUM reached ₹4.42 lakh crore as of September 2026, up 4% compared to the same period last year.
The growth in average AUM provides another measure of the asset manager’s business scale, even as quarterly profit declined. Investors will look for future earnings and AUM updates to see if sales growth translates into improved profitability.
