360 ONE WAM Appoints Aashish Agarwal As CEO, Share Jumps 4%
360 ONE WAM names Aashish Agarwal as CEO from 15 February 2027; shares gain 4% after the announcement. 

360 ONE WAM shares rose 4% on 23 September 2026 after the company appointed veteran investment banker Aashish Agarwal as its new CEO. Read more.

Shares of 360 ONE WAM surged 4% intraday on Wednesday, 23 September 2026, after the company appointed Aashish Agarwal as its new CEO. Agarwal is currently Managing Director and Country Head of Jefferies India, where he has worked since April 2020.

He will take over the role of CEO on 15 February 2027.

Karan Bhagat will remain Managing Director of 360 ONE WAM until 26 July 2030, as previously approved. From 15 February 2027, he will also serve as Vice-Chairman.

Yatin Shah, co-founder of 360 ONE WAM, will continue to focus on the company’s wealth management business and play a key role in strengthening its long-term leadership in the segment.

At 11:21 am, 360 ONE WAM shares were trading 3.94% higher at ₹1,115.80 per share.

360 ONE WAM plans to focus on three core business segments:

  • Wealth Management

  • Asset Management

  • Capital Markets

The company said the structure is designed to bring the full 360 ONE ecosystem to every client, with the Group’s combined capabilities working together for families and institutions so that clients can access the firm through a single platform.

Aashish Agarwal said that he was pleased to be joining 360 ONE. He looked forward to working with Yatin Shah and Karan Bhagat to set up an Indian financial institution which would have long-term scale and a global presence.

Agarwal also pointed out that India is becoming richer and added that since clients and family offices are becoming more sophisticated, their needs are now extending to include investments, capital raising and strategic advice.

360 ONE WAM said India’s economic growth could create opportunities for large domestic financial institutions.

The company plans to strengthen its position as a leading Indian financial institution serving wealthy clients and large investors.
