Technocraft Ventures Ltd has raised ₹75.55 crore from anchor investors ahead of the launch of its ₹251.88-crore initial public offering (IPO), which opens for public subscription on 7 August.

The company allotted 35.63 lakh equity shares to four institutional investors at ₹212 per share, the upper end of the price band. The issue will remain open until 11 August.

The Technocraft Ventures IPO has a price band of ₹200-212 per share and comprises a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh equity shares along with an offer for sale (OFS) of 23.76 lakh shares by promoter Kartikey Constructions.

The company plans to list its shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) after the issue closes.

The Technocraft Ventures anchor investors include LRSD Securities Private Limited, Vikasa India EIF I Fund, Nakshatra Bharat Vantage Fund, and Venus Investments VCC.

Out of the fresh issue proceeds, ₹150 crore has been earmarked for working capital requirements. The remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.

Water and wastewater projects remain Technocraft Ventures' biggest business, contributing about 85% of its FY26 revenue. The company also undertakes roads, highways, electrical transmission and urban infrastructure projects.

Established in 1998, it works mainly with state governments and government agencies in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Odisha.

In FY26, it reported ₹344.99 crore in revenue from operations, compared with ₹279.56 crore a year earlier. Net profit came in at ₹43.32 crore, up from ₹28.20 crore in FY25.

Technocraft Ventures also had an order book of ₹1,320.73 crore across 19 projects as of 15 July 2026. Khambatta Securities is the book-running lead manager to the issue, and Bigshare Services is the registrar.
