Sonaselection India made its debut on stock exchanges today, i.e., 24 September 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) of Sonaselection India was a mainboard issue and its shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The shares were listed at a premium of over 3% compared with the IPO issue price of ₹99 per share in the upper price band. On the NSE, the shares opened at ₹102.21 apiece. On the BSE, the stock was listed at ₹102 apiece.
Sonaselection India IPO And Subscription Details
The Sonaselection India IPO carried a price band of ₹94-99 per share. It was open for subscription from 17 September to 21 September. The IPO’s size was pegged at ₹141.57 crore and had a lot size of 150 shares.
The issue consisted entirely of a fresh issue with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. The Sonaselection India IPO received an overall subscription of 2.01 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 1.16 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category was booked 2 times. The retail portion was subscribed 2.50 times.
Choice Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd was the book-running manager of the IPO, while KFin Technologies was the issue registrar.
