Sahajanand Medical Technologies IPO Closes On 19 October 2026
Sahajanand Medical Technologies' ₹475.48 crore IPO closes on 19 October 2026, with allotment expected on 21 October.

The ₹475.48 crore Sahajanand Medical Technologies IPO closes today, 19 October 2026. The issue is entirely an OFS by existing shareholders, with no proceeds going to the company. The medical device manufacturer has set a price band of ₹327–₹344 per share, with allotment expected on 21 October and a tentative listing scheduled for 23 October.

Monday, 19 October 2026, is the last day to bid for Sahajanand Medical Technologies’ initial public offering (IPO). The company is seeking a market valuation of approximately ₹3,497 crore at the upper end of its issue price band.

The public issue comprises 1.38 crore equity shares aggregating to ₹475.48 crore. It opened for subscription on 15 October and will list on the Bomaby Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The Sahajanand Medical Technologies IPO is structured entirely as an offer for sale (OFS). Existing shareholders are selling their stakes, meaning Sahajanand Medical Technologies will not receive fresh capital from the issue. The proceeds will instead go to the shareholders participating in the sale.

The company has fixed the price band at ₹327–₹344 per share, with a face value of ₹1 per equity share. Applications must be made in multiples of the specified lot size.

At the upper price band, the minimum retail application covers 43 shares. The post-issue share count is expected to remain unchanged because the offering involves the sale of existing shares rather than the issuance of new equity.

Investors awaiting the outcome of the issue should note the following tentative dates:

  • 19 October 2026: IPO closes.

  • 21 October 2026: Allotment is expected to be finalised.

  • 22 October 2026: Refunds and credit of allotted shares are scheduled.

  • 23 October 2026: Proposed listing on the BSE and NSE.

The dates are tentative and may be subject to changes announced through the official issue process.

Incorporated in October 2001, Sahajanand Medical Technologies develops, manufactures and markets medical devices used in vascular and structural heart interventions. Its portfolio includes coronary stents, coronary balloons, transcatheter aortic valve implantation devices, occluders, renal stents and peripheral drug-coated balloons.

During FY26, its products were marketed in 77 countries, supported by direct sales, hybrid operations and distributor-led channels.

Sahajanand Medical Technologies reported an improvement in revenue and profitability in FY26 compared with the previous financial year.

Revenue increased by approximately 18% year on year, while profit after tax rose by around 175%. However, total borrowings also increased during the period.

At the upper issue price, the company is valued at approximately ₹3,497 crore, with a reported post-issue price-to-earnings ratio of 57.91 times. The valuation provides a key reference point for investors assessing the company's earnings, growth prospects and position in the medical technology sector.
