PCI Infraprojects IPO: DRHP Filed For Up To 1.15 Crore Equity Shares

PCI Infraprojects Limited filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) on 29 September for an initial public offering (IPO) comprising up to 1,15,00,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each.
The proposed issue includes a fresh issue of up to 98,25,000 equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 16,75,000 equity shares by promoter selling shareholder Ankit Tayal.
The IPO is a 100% book-built offer. The PCI Infraprojects DRHP does not disclose the final issue price or total issue value at this stage.
What Does PCI Infraprojects Do?
PCI Infraprojects makes electrical cables and conductors. It also executes EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts.
Its projects cover sectors such as power infrastructure, water, sanitation and solar.
The company reported revenue from operations of ₹304.09 crore in FY2026. This was up from ₹282.41 crore in FY2025.
Profit after tax stood at ₹23.85 crore in FY2026. It was ₹24.79 crore in the previous financial year.
Where Will The PCI Infraprojects IPO Proceeds Be Used?
The proceeds of the fresh issue of PCI Infraprojects would be used by the company for meeting its working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. PCI Infraprojects would not get any proceeds from OFS.
