ArMee Infotech IPO Listing: Shares List At A Discount Of Over 1% On BSE

ArMee Infotech made its debut on stock exchanges today, i.e., 30 September 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) of ArMee Infotech was a mainboard issue and its shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The shares were listed at a discount of 1.64% compared with the IPO issue price of ₹375 per share in the upper price band on the BSE. On the NSE, the shares opened at ₹375 apiece, the upper end of the IPO price. On the BSE, the stock was listed at ₹368 apiece.
ArMee Infotech IPO And Subscription Details
The ArMee Infotech IPO carried a price band of ₹350–375 per share. It was open for subscription from 23 September to 25 September. The IPO’s size was pegged at ₹300 crore and had a lot size of 40 shares.
The issue consisted entirely of a fresh issue of 80 lakh equity shares. The ArMee Infotech IPO received an overall subscription of 2.44 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion was subscribed 3.20 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) category was booked 2.24 times. The retail portion was subscribed 2.65 times.
Khandwala Securities and Saffron Capital Advisors were the book-running managers of the IPO, while Cameo Corporate Services was the issue registrar.
