Newly Listed Stocks Rally: ESDS, Dhoot Transmission, Milky Mist Hit Up To 10% Upper Circuits

Newly listed ESDS Software Solution, Dhoot Transmission and Milky Mist Dairy Food surged on Friday, hitting upper circuits as strong business prospects and post-listing momentum drove the stocks to fresh highs.
Newly listed initial public offering (IPO) stocks extended their strong post-listing run on Friday, with ESDS Software Solution, Dhoot Transmission and Milky Mist Dairy Food hitting their respective upper circuits on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). All three stocks also touched fresh highs during the session. The sharp moves come as investors continue to focus on companies exposed to structural growth themes.
Why Are These Stocks Hitting Fresh Highs?
The three companies have delivered sizeable gains over their respective IPO issue prices within weeks of listing. ESDS, which began trading earlier this month, has seen particularly strong momentum, while Dhoot Transmission and Milky Mist have also advanced sharply since their market debuts.
Company | Friday Move | BSE Price | Gain vs Issue Price | Listing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ESDS Software Solution | +10% | ₹1,716.35 | +300% | September 2026 |

ESDS Rally Backed By AI And Cloud Opportunity
ESDS said it was not aware of any specific reason behind the significant movement in its share price and confirmed that there was no undisclosed price-sensitive information or impending corporate action. The company attributed the activity to market-driven factors typically associated with newly listed securities.
Its business spans cloud, managed infrastructure and data-centre services. The company also has a $1.25 billion AI contract, which adds a major potential growth driver as India increases investment in digital infrastructure.
Dhoot Transmission Sees Broad-Based Growth
Dhoot Transmission reported nearly 50% year-on-year growth in revenue during Q1FY27. Wiring-harness revenue increased 44.6%, while the non-wiring-harness business grew 67.7%.
Electric-vehicle revenue rose 79%, taking its contribution to 27% of total revenue. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) margin also improved to 15%, helped by stronger operating performance despite continued increases in copper and brass prices.
Milky Mist Expands Yoghurt Capacity
Milky Mist commissioned a Skyr and Greek yoghurt facility at Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, adding 150 tonnes a day of capacity. The ₹40 crore investment forms part of its ₹414.70 crore modernisation programme.
