Moneyview has fixed the price band for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) at ₹32-34 per share and is looking to raise up to ₹1,091.7 crore. The Bengaluru-based digital lending platform, backed by Accel and Tiger Global Management, will open its public issue on 24 September and close the offer on 28 September.
The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of ₹750 crore and an offer for sale of 10.04 crore shares worth ₹341.7 crore. The minimum bid has been set at 441 shares, putting the minimum retail investment at ₹14,994.
At the upper end of the Moneyview IPO price band, the company is seeking a valuation of nearly ₹6,000 crore.
What Does The Moneyview IPO Include?
Existing shareholders, including promoters Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, will sell shares through the offer for sale (OFS). Accel, Tiger Global Management, Ribbit Capital, and DI Investment are also among the selling shareholders.
The issue size is smaller than what Moneyview had proposed in its draft red herring prospectus. The company had earlier planned a fresh issue of ₹1,500 crore and an OFS of 13.61 crore shares.
The company plans to use ₹325 crore from the fresh issue to support loan disbursals under default loss guarantee arrangements. Another ₹250 crore will go towards investment in Whizdm Finance to strengthen its capital base. The balance will be used for general corporate purposes.
Moneyview provides financial products such as personal loans, insurance, credit cards, and digital gold. It connects customers with banks, NBFCs, insurers, and other financial institutions.
How Was Moneview’s FY26 Performance?
Moneyview's revenue from operations rose 43.3% to ₹3,351.2 crore in FY26 from ₹2,339.1 crore a year earlier. Profit for the year, however, increased only marginally to ₹242.7 crore from ₹240.3 crore.
The company reported a sharper rise in the June 2026 quarter. Profit jumped 158.8% year-on-year to ₹173.8 crore, while revenue from operations grew 50.2% to ₹1,041.1 crore.
The anchor book for the IPO will open on 23 September. Moneyview’s share allotment is expected to be finalised on 29 September, with the stock likely to list on 1 October.
Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, IIFL Capital Services, and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company are the book-running lead managers.
