Lumino Industries has set the schedule for its ₹700 crore IPO, with the issue opening for subscription on 27 August 2026. The offering will combine a fresh issue with an offer for sale, with plans to use a substantial part of the fresh proceeds towards debt repayment.
Lumino Industries is set to enter the public market with a ₹700 crore initial public offering (IPO). The issue will open on 27 August 2026 and close on 31 August 2026.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) by promoters Devendra Goel and Jay Goel.
The company had earlier planned a ₹1,000 crore IPO. It included a fresh issue of ₹600 crore and an OFS of ₹400 crore. The details were part of its draft red herring prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the stock exchanges in January 2025.
The SEBI approved the IPO in June 2025. The company later revised the size of the issue.

IPO Proceeds Will Primarily Address Debt
Of the fresh issue proceeds, ₹337 crore is earmarked for debt repayment. The company had outstanding borrowings of ₹1,856.7 crore as of July 2026. Another ₹15 crore is planned for equipment and machinery, civil works and interior development at its existing manufacturing facility. The remaining funds will be utilised for general corporate purposes.

Lumino Industries supplies conductors, power cables and specialised electrical products to major engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies. Its customers include Kalpataru Projects International, Jackson, Warora Kurnool Transmission, K G N Electricals, WRSS XXI (A) Transco, Monte Carlo and R S Infraprojects.
The company also has customers in the US, Mali, Burkina Faso, Nepal, Bangladesh, Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda and Ethiopia.
For FY26, the company’s revenue increased 6.4% to ₹2,041 crore from ₹1,918 crore in FY25. Profit rose 28.4% to ₹160 crore from ₹124.6 crore.
