Jio Platforms Listing Date: Reliance Jio To Debut On Stock Exchanges On 28 October After Bumper Subscription During Bidding Period
Jio Platforms will debut on the BSE and NSE on 28 October 2026.

Jio Platforms will list on the BSE and NSE on 28 October 2026 after its ₹30,213-crore IPO. Read more on its valuation and future growth prospects.

Jio Platforms shares are set to list on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, following a ₹30,213-crore initial public offering (IPO) that valued the company at approximately ₹10.3 lakh crore at the upper end of the price band.

The company priced its IPO at ₹1,065–₹1,119 per share. The issue comprised 27 crore fresh equity shares, with no offer-for-sale component. At the upper end of the band, the valuation places Jio Platforms among India's most valuable companies. Jio Platforms’ share price post-listing will be known once the shares list on the exchanges.

Jio Platforms IPO has been the major talking point in Indian capital markets. Ahead of the public issue, the company raised ₹8,110 crore from anchor investors on 19 October.

The anchor book included major domestic and international institutional investors such as Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), BlackRock and Fidelity.

Jio Platforms is seeking to expand its revenue sources beyond its capital-intensive 5G rollout. Its focus areas include home broadband, enterprise services, cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI).

The company operates across digital connectivity, consumer applications, enterprise solutions, cloud services, the Internet of Things (IoT) and AI. Its consumer offerings include mobile and fixed broadband, digital entertainment, cloud storage, virtual PC services and smart home solutions.

For businesses, it provides connectivity, cloud and security solutions, managed services, IoT applications and AI-based services. Further tariff increases, premiumisation of mobile plans and rising demand for broadband services could support earnings. However, management has said it intends to focus on offering more services rather than relying mainly on tariff hikes.

At ₹1,119 per share, Jio Platforms' valuation is below Bharti Airtel's trailing earnings multiple of around 40.7 times, as per estimates. However, differences in profitability, return on capital and business mix remain important factors in comparing the two companies.

Incorporated on 15 November 2019, Jio Platforms is a technology company focused on digital connectivity, digital services and technology-led solutions in India. Its subsidiary, Reliance Jio Infocomm, served 533.3 million customers as of 30 June 2026.
