Injecto Polymers’ ₹56-Crore SME IPO To Open On 11 September

Injecto Polymers will open its ₹56.12-crore SME IPO on Friday at a price band of ₹90-100 per share. The company plans to use the proceeds for manufacturing expansion, debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
Injecto Polymers is set to enter the primary market this week with a ₹56.12-crore initial public offering (IPO). The Kolkata-based packaging company will open its IPO on Friday, 11 September, with the subscription window closing on 16 September.
The price band has been set at ₹90-100 per share. Before the issue opens for other investors, the anchor bidding will take place on 10 September.
The Injecto Polymers IPO consists of 56.12 lakh new shares. There is no offer-for-sale component, so the funds raised will go to Injecto Polymers.
Where The IPO Money Will Go
A large part of the proceeds has been set aside for the company's manufacturing operations in West Bengal.
Injecto Polymers plans to spend ₹30.50 crore on expanding its existing facility. It will put another ₹10 crore towards repayment of debt.
The balance will be available for general corporate purposes.
The company's shares are expected to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Small and Medium Enterprises (BSE SME) platform on 21 September, subject to the proposed timeline.
Business And Financial Performance
Injecto Polymers makes plastic packaging products and is also involved in the trading of plastic granules and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins. The company was incorporated in September 1998.
Its revenue has risen considerably in the last two financial years. Revenue from operations stood at ₹109.04 crore in FY24 and increased to ₹375.53 crore in FY26.
Profit after tax also moved higher during the period, from ₹4.44 crore in FY24 to ₹16.01 crore in FY26.
Indcap Advisors is acting as the sole book-running lead manager for the IPO.
