Horizon Industrial Parks Limited, the Blackstone-backed warehousing and logistics company, has fixed the price band for its initial public offering (IPO) at ₹57-60 per equity share of face value ₹10.
The issue will open for subscription on Monday, 17 August, and close on Wednesday, 19 August, with anchor investor allocation scheduled for Friday, 14 August.
The lot size for the Horizon Industrial Parks IPO has been set at 250 equity shares, with bids permitted in multiples thereof.
Entirely A Fresh Issue, No OFS Component
The company plans to raise ₹2,600 crore through the IPO, which will be a complete fresh issue of equity shares with no offer for sale component. This means that the entire proceeds will be received by the company and not by the selling shareholders.
Out of the total amount raised, ₹2,250 crore will be used for repayment or prepayment of debt. The company’s total borrowings stood at ₹6,884.34 crore as of 31 March 2026 on a restated basis.
Ahead of the IPO, Horizon Industrial Parks had already raised ₹1,650 crore through a pre-IPO primary fundraise. Blackstone currently holds an 89% stake in the company, which will be diluted following the public issue.
Investor Allocation And Listing Timeline
Of the public issue, not more than 75% has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers, not less than 15% for non-institutional investors, and not less than 10% for retail investors.
The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on Thursday, 20 August, with refunds to be initiated on Friday, 21 August, the same day shares are expected to be credited to the demat accounts of successful allottees.
The company's shares are likely to be listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday, 24 August.
Business Overview
Horizon Industrial Parks owns, develops and operates a portfolio of warehouses, fulfilment centres, industrial facilities and in-city logistics centres. The company currently has 45 assets spread across 10 cities, spanning 58.58 million square feet, with its business model centred on leasing these facilities to customers under agreements that typically extend over several years.
Including its 49% stake in Vision Softech Facilities Pvt Ltd at Narsapura, the company's network expands to 46 assets covering 61.13 million square feet. As of 31 May 2026, Horizon Industrial Parks had an operational network of 28.55 million square feet, with committed occupancy standing at 93.56%.
JM Financial, Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services, SBI Capital Markets and 360 ONE WAM have been appointed as merchant bankers for the issue.
