Fly-Hi Maritime Travels will launch its ₹52.6-crore SME IPO on 1 September. The proceeds are earmarked for working capital, debt repayment, marketing, development and broader corporate requirements.
Travel and logistics company Fly-Hi Maritime Travels is set to launch its SME initial public offering (IPO) on 1 September. The company aims to raise around ₹52.6 crore to support its operations and fund its next phase of expansion.
The fixed-price IPO has been set at ₹102 per share. The issue will remain open for subscription from 1 to 3 September.
The offering comprises a fresh issue of 41.60 lakh shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 9.99 lakh shares. Together, the issue is expected to raise approximately ₹52.63 crore.
IPO Proceeds And Listing Details
Fly-Hi Maritime Travels plans to list its shares on the BSE SME platform. The tentative listing date is 8 September 2026.
The company intends to use the IPO proceeds for several purposes. These include meeting working capital requirements, repaying debt, marketing its business, funding development activities and general corporate needs.
Focus On Marine Crew Travel
Fly-Hi Maritime Travels specialises in travel management services for crew members working for commercial shipping companies. The International Air Transport Association (IATA)-accredited company helps manage crew movement based on vessel schedules and operational requirements.
The company reported revenue of ₹62.21 crore and a profit after tax of ₹8.42 crore in FY26. Promoters Jitendra Kumar Negi and Mridul Dilip Singhvi said the IPO would strengthen the company's operational and financial capabilities as it expands in the specialised marine travel segment.
The promoters added that the company plans to consolidate its position in the sector. It also intends to capitalise on opportunities created by the changing travel requirements of commercial shipping companies.
Corporate Makers Capital is the sole book-running lead manager for the IPO.
